Start a company without touching a government portal.

You send the details on WhatsApp. We register it at CIPC and SARS, then build the website, domain and email to match.

This is a preview. We check the name at CIPC before anything is filed.

Four steps. Your part takes five minutes.

The first two steps are yours and they happen on WhatsApp. We handle the rest.

  2. Day 0 to 1

    You send your documents

ID, proof of address and relevant documents. This is the only part that needs you.

  3. Day 1 to 3

    We file and chase

We lodge with CIPC and SARS and answer every query ourselves until it clears.

  4. Day 3 to 5

    Your certificate arrives

Signed PDF in your inbox. Then we set up the domain and email if you want them.

Terms of service

Last updated 18 September 2026

1. Who we are

MPower Commercial (Pty) Ltd, trading as ELZ Digital Media, of 213 Northway, Durban North, Durban, 4051, South Africa. You can reach us at info@elzdigital.co.za or on WhatsApp at 081 335 3986.

In these terms, “we” and “us” mean MPower Commercial (Pty) Ltd, and “you” means the person or business instructing us. ELZ Digital Media is the name we trade under; the contracting party is the company.

2. What these terms cover

These terms apply when you ask us to prepare or submit a registration on your behalf, when you buy a domain, hosting or email from us, or when you ask us to design, build or look after a website, online shop, logo or branding. By instructing us, you agree to them.

3. What we do, and what we cannot promise

We are an independent filing agent. We prepare applications and lodge them with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission, the South African Revenue Service, the National Credit Regulator and similar bodies. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an agent of any of them.

Those bodies decide the outcome, not us. We cannot guarantee that a company name will be available, that an application will be approved, or that a registration will be granted. What we undertake is to prepare your application properly, submit it, and follow it up until it is decided.

4. Fees and payment

We quote two amounts separately: the statutory fee charged by the relevant body, and our fee for doing the work. Statutory fees are passed through at cost and appear as their own line on your invoice.

Both are payable before we lodge an application, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Hosting and domains are billed in advance, monthly or annually as you choose.

Website, online shop and branding work is quoted per project once we have agreed what is included, and the quote sets out when payment is due. Website care is billed monthly in advance.

5. What we need from you

We rely on what you give us. You agree that the information and documents you provide are true, current, and yours to provide, and that you are authorised to instruct us on behalf of any company or person you name.

We will ask you to confirm the details before we file. Once an application has been lodged, corrections usually mean a new application and a new statutory fee.

6. How long things take

Any timeframe we give is an estimate based on how these bodies are currently working. Their processing times are outside our control and can change without notice. A delay at CIPC, SARS or the NCR is not a breach of these terms.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Before we start
Tell us before we begin preparing your application and we refund what you paid, in full.
After we start, before we file
We refund the statutory fee in full and a fair portion of our fee, reflecting the work already done.
After we file
Statutory fees cannot be refunded once lodged, because the relevant body has already taken them. Our fee is not refundable at this point, because the work has been done. This applies whether or not the application succeeds.
If an application is rejected
Where the rejection is our error, we correct and refile at our own cost, including the new statutory fee. Where it results from information you gave us, or a decision of the relevant body, a new statutory fee is payable.
Hosting and domains
Cancel hosting at any time; we refund the unused portion of a prepaid annual plan on request. Domain registrations cannot be refunded once registered, because the registry fee is not recoverable.
Websites, online shops and branding
Cancel before we start and we refund what you paid, in full. After we start, you pay for the work done up to that point and we hand over what has been completed. Website care can be cancelled at the end of any month.

8. Domains, hosting and email

Domains we register are registered in your name. You own them, and you may transfer them away at any time. Renewal remains your responsibility; we will remind you, but we are not liable if a domain lapses.

We aim to keep hosting available at all times, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upstream provider faults and events beyond our control can interrupt it. Keep your own backups of anything you cannot afford to lose.

9. Websites, online shops and branding

Before we start, we agree in writing what the work includes, what it costs and how many rounds of changes are included. Changes beyond that are quoted separately.

You supply the text, images, logos and other content, and you confirm that you have the right to use them. We are not responsible for content you supply. You check the site before it goes live; if something we built does not work as agreed, tell us within 30 days of launch and we fix it at no charge.

Once you have paid in full, the finished website, design files and branding are yours. Themes, plugins, fonts and stock images made by others stay under their own licences, which we will tell you about. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

For online shops, the payment provider contracts with you directly and pays out to you; its fees and rules apply. You are responsible for your shop’s own terms, prices, delivery and returns. For a Google Business Profile, Google decides verification and where you appear; we cannot promise a search position.

10. Acceptable use

You may not use our hosting, email or domains to send spam or bulk unsolicited mail; to host malware, phishing pages or content that infringes the rights of others; to store or distribute unlawful material; or to run anything that places an unreasonable load on shared infrastructure.

Where we are told of a breach, or find one, we may suspend the service. Where it is serious or repeated, we may terminate it. We will tell you why, and give you your data where we lawfully can.

11. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited in law, including under the Consumer Protection Act.

Subject to that, our liability arising from any instruction is limited to the fees you paid us for that instruction. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost business or lost data, or for the acts, delays or decisions of CIPC, SARS, the NCR, a domain registry, an upstream hosting provider, a payment provider, Google or any other third-party platform.

12. Suspension and termination

Either of us may end an ongoing service on reasonable notice. We may suspend or end a service immediately where fees are unpaid, where these terms are breached, or where we are required to by law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you instruct us is the one that applies to that instruction.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction.

Privacy and POPIA notice

Last updated 5 September 2026

1. Who is responsible for your information

MPower Commercial (Pty) Ltd, trading as ELZ Digital Media, of 213 Northway, Durban North, Durban, 4051, is the responsible party for the personal information described here, as that term is used in the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

2. Our Information Officer

Under POPIA the head of a private body is its Information Officer by default. Ours can be reached at info@elzdigital.co.za, or by post at the address above. Write to us there about anything in this notice.

3. What we collect

When you enquire, we collect your name, WhatsApp number, the company name you are interested in, what you need, and your email address if you give it.

If you instruct us to file on your behalf, we also collect what the relevant body requires, which usually means a copy of your identity document, proof of address, and the names, identity numbers and contact details of directors, members or shareholders. For NCR applications this can extend to financial and business information.

Our web server keeps ordinary access logs, including IP addresses, as almost all web servers do.

4. Why we collect it, and on what basis

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing unrelated to the service you asked for.

5. Who we share it with

Only where it is needed to do what you asked:

We may also disclose information where a law, a court or a regulator requires it.

6. Where it is stored

Enquiries arrive in our email. Documents you send us are held in our email system and on our hosting account. Our website and hosting are on servers in South Africa. Some of the services listed above process information outside South Africa; where that happens, we rely on the transfer grounds POPIA allows, including that the transfer is necessary to perform our agreement with you.

7. How long we keep it

We do not keep your identity document or proof of address for longer than we need them. Once a filing is complete and any query period has passed, we delete the copies we hold.

We keep a record of what we filed and when, and the invoice relating to it, for as long as the law requires us to retain business records. Enquiries that do not become instructions are deleted once they are plainly no longer live.

8. How we protect it

The site is served over HTTPS, so anything you send through the form is encrypted in transit. Access to our email and hosting is restricted to the people who need it and protected by passwords and, where the service supports it, two-factor authentication.

No system is perfectly secure. If personal information in our care is accessed or disclosed without authorisation, we will notify you and the Information Regulator as POPIA requires.

9. Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies of its own and carries no advertising or analytics trackers. The only third-party request a page makes is to Google Fonts, described above.

10. Your rights

Under POPIA you may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you and to give you a copy of it; to correct or delete information that is inaccurate, irrelevant, excessive, out of date or obtained unlawfully; to stop using it for a particular purpose; and to object to processing based on legitimate interest.

Write to info@elzdigital.co.za and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can. We may need to verify who you are first. Note that where a filing has already been lodged, we cannot withdraw information from the body that received it.

11. How to complain

Tell us first and we will try to put it right. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Information Regulator:

Information Regulator (South Africa)
Woodmead North Office Park, 54 Maxwell Drive, Woodmead, Johannesburg, 2191

12. Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this notice and the date at the top of it.
